As an RMO under the STONZ Collective agreement, you are entitled to up to 6% matching superannuation contributions from your employer.
Contributions can be split between your KiwiSaver scheme and a participating superannuation scheme, such as the MAS Retirement Savings Scheme. This can help you maximise the benefits of KiwiSaver while also providing you with added flexibility as your contributions to a participating superannuation scheme may be eligible for earlier withdrawal.
Migrant doctors who are ineligible for KiwiSaver can receive their employer contributions into the MAS Retirement Savings Scheme and access their savings from age 55 or upon permanent departure from NZ.
