We understand that career progression looks different for each individual. The journey of a medical career can involve lots of twists and turns along the way. Navigating career planning can often feel an overwhelming task; so ‘where to start?’. The STONZ team have carefully developed a career planning tool to use with your supervisors and mentors as a first step.
