Resources to help support your wellbeing

This page aims to provide information and guidance about how to take care of your own health and wellbeing and how you can support each other to stay well.

A health worker support line 0800 820 080 is available to provide extra support to frontline health workers. Any frontline health and support worker can call 0800 820 080 to talk with a trained and experienced mental health professional.

Groov is an app for wellbeing that is currently available free for all New Zealanders here. Another great website is www.allright.org.nz for practical tips on looking after yourself.

Each hospital will also have a number of valuable resources including EAP or similar that you can access. To find out what your DHB offers just contact your RMO Unit or HR Team.

MPS also has a counseling service available to it's members, you can find out more information about this here.
